1. Agreement of Service

Welcome to Atelier Sillage. These terms govern your interaction with our artisan perfumery. By accessing our services, acquiring our signature scents, or commissioning bespoke creations, you agree to comply with the stipulations outlined herein. We ask that you read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

2. Artisan Perfumery Products

Our fragrances are meticulously crafted by hand in limited batches. Due to the natural botanical ingredients and traditional maceration techniques utilized in our atelier, slight variations in color, consistency, and scent profile may naturally occur. These variations are a testament to the artisan nature of our work and do not constitute a defect.

All signature collections and bespoke perfume creations are formulated for external use only. We provide detailed ingredient lists to assist individuals with sensitivities, but it remains the responsibility of the client to ensure suitability prior to application.

3. Bespoke Scents & Workshops

When reserving a space in our immersive blending workshops or scheduling a bespoke fragrance consultation, full payment is required to secure your appointment. We strictly limit the number of attendees to ensure personalized attention.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made directly to the atelier at least forty-eight hours in advance of the scheduled time. Cancellations made within the forty-eight hour window are non-refundable, as materials and time are allocated specifically for your session.
